The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst NJ (NAWCADLKE) Intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Geoprobe Systems, for the delivery of six (6) Geoprobe 6712DT Direct Push Machines with accessories and tools, in support of the Expeditionary Airfields (EAF) program. The Government intends to negotiate the above contract under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Geoprobe Systems is the original manufacturer of the Geoprobe 6712DT Direct Push Machine. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
