AMENDMENT 02 The following are questions received from industry and corresponding answers from Government: Q1: Will foreign nationals be allowed access to the base and will they need to be escorted on the installation site? A1: Yes, all personnel wishing to gain access to JB MDL - Lakehurst will have to go through base security to receive clearance and be escorted at all times. Q2: Will contractor personnel be able to drive a car on the base and park near the installation site? A2: Yes, you will be able to park vehicles roughly 200 ft away from the installation site. Q3: We will be renting man lifts, forklifts and ladders. Is there any special requirements on your end? A3: That is fine, vendors must ensure all personnel using the equipment are certified/trained to do so. Q4: A part of the foundation work by the customer is to provide grout and labor to anchor the machine levelers to the foundation. Is that OK? A4: This should be ok since we are planning on having the guy who does the foundation for us with us the day the machine arrives and is put in place on the foundation. The Government is responsible for the foundation. You are to provide the Government with a foundation drawing that states the foundation requirements for the proposed machinery.
