The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a competitive Cost Plus Fixed Fee order for shipboard alterations for removal and installation services for the following NAVAIR Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) systems: Base Award - CVN-73 - Integrated Launch and Recovery Television Surveillance (ILARTS),Improved Fresnel Lens Optical Landing System (IFLOLS) Base Award - CVN-75 - ILARTS, IFLOLS, Landing Signal Officers Display System (LSODS) & Aviation Data Management and Control Systems (ADMACS) Base Award - LSD-49 - Amphibious Low Light Surveillance System (ALLSS) Option - LHD-5 - Moriah Wind System (MWS) Option - CVN-69 - ILARTS, IFLOLS, ADMACS Option - CVN-70 - ADMACS Option - CVN-71 - ILARTS, ADMACS Option - CVN-76 - ILARTS, IFLOLS, LSODS The procurement will be competed amongst Alteration Installation Team (AIT) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders (N68335-19-G-0003, N68335-19-G-0004, N68335-19-G-0005, N68335-19-G-0006, N68335-19-G-0007, N68335-19-G-0008, N68335-19-G-0009, N68335-19-G-0010, N68335-19-G-0011, N68335-19-G-0012). The BOAs were issued under solicitation N68335-18-R-0024 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. The requirement will be for material and services including work in the following areas: Quality Assurance (QA), System Removal, Packaging and Shipping, Debris/Hazardous Material Disposition, Structural Work, Welding, Non-Destructive Testing, Electrical/Electronics, Piping/Plumbing, Fire Watch, Painting and Pre-Installation Checkout. Period of Performance for the contract will be through February 2021, and will include options to extend through August 2024. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 336611. Only current AIT BOA holders will be able to compete for this requirement. All responsible small business sources, who have not currently submitted for an AIT BOA or who do not currently hold a AIT BOA, are encouraged to submit a capability statement in response to this announcement, and in accordance with Solicitation N68335-18-R-0024, if they would like to compete for future ship installation requirements.
