A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. INTRODUCTION This is a Request for Information (RFI) /Sources Sought notice to solicit comments, questions and feedback from industry regarding a planned 5 year IDIQ procurement of engineering and technical services to support the design, development, manufacture, installation, test and certification of PIN, CLEVIS (PN: 70700-20324-116, NIIN: 015181504), Busing/Bearing Rem/Inst Set, Stab/Pylon (PN: 70700-77340-042, NIIN: 012423705), MGB/MRH Cart Assy (PN: 70700-77200-041, NIIN: 011585701), MRB/TRB Adapter Storage and Transport (PN: 70700-77116-041, NIIN: 012062617), Component Sling Assy (PN: 70700-77403-041, NIIN: 011468248), Proof Loading Testing IAW drawings (PN: 70700-77403-041), and Restraint Set, Main Rotor Blades (PN: 70700-77515-043, NIIN: 013489537) in support of UH-60 Program. Interested parties may submit technical literature/brochures on their products or solutions that meet the requirements as set forth in the basic requirements list included herein. THIS RFI IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible vendors capable of providing the equipment described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this RFI. ELIGIBILITY The PSC for this requirement is 4920; the NAICS code is 332710 with a size standard of 500 employees. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION It is requested that interested businesses submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 3 pages in length, single spaced, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating ability to meet the requirement. This documentation must address, at a minimum, the following: 1.Company Name; Company Address; Cage Code, Company Business Size; and Point-of-Contact (POC) name, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address. 2.Company profile to include number of employees, annual revenue history, office location(s), DUNS number, and a statement regarding current small/large business status; 3.Statement regarding capability If you are a small business, provide an explanation of your company's ability to perform at least 50% of the tasking described in the SOW for the 5 year duration. Respondents to this notice must also indicate whether they are a large business or qualify as a Small, Small Disadvantaged, Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Small Business, Women-Owned, 8(a), Hub Zone or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern.
