The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ has a requirement to procure seven (7) Bomb Hoists NSN 1730-01-161-8623 to meet the requirement of the FMS Canada F/A- 18. These items are to hoist various weaponry onto the F/A-18 aircraft for payload delivery. The intention is to award this requirement based on a limited competition between Warren Machine Technology and DeVal Lifecycle Support. No other companies have successfully built and completed first article testing required in the drawing package and therefore these two companies are the only ones that can meet this requirement. A firm fixed priced contract is anticipated. Price will be used as the evaluation factor. Delivery will be f.o.b origin.
