The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Aero Turbine, Inc. (CAGE 0T790) for the maintenance and repairs of Chamber Combustion, Part Number 6029T41G05 in support of the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), located in Jacksonville, FL. The Chamber Combustion (Part Number 6029T41G05) is a component of the J85-4 engine. This effort is the continuance of a Test, Tear & Evaluation (TT&E) which was previously awarded to Aero Turbine, Inc. on a small business set aside basis. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only oneresponsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
