The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Rhinestahl Corporation located in Mason, OH for three (3) Kit- Electronic Turning Tools (P/N: RC2045G03, NSN: 4920-01-566-1357) who is the sole distributor for this part. Rhinestahl owns the technical data for the Kit- Electronic Turning Tools (P/N: RC2045G03, NSN: 4920-01-566-1357). The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
