The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a limited competition basis to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Rolls-Royce Corporation (CAGE 7VWX9) in West Lafayette, IN, and their authorized distributors for the procurement of one (1) Power Unit Accessory DR Gearbox Mounted Assembly Drive, NSN: 5120-01-469-7158, P/N: 23066649. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
