The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a limited competition basis to the authorized distributors of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), SARTECH: Test Equipment Connection Corp. (CAGE 023Y7) and Aero Express, Inc. (CAGE 0Y2T0). This requirement is for the procurement of five (5) SARSAT Beacon Test Set, NSN: 6625-99-399-7816, P/N: ARG5410-MKII. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
