The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ has a requirement to procure two (2) LASAIR III 310 C (P/N 310C/101210-0000) to meet the requirement of the FMS F/A- 18D Royal Malaysian Air Force. Particle Measuring Systems Inc. (CAGE: 50729) is the OEM of the equipment and the only company identified that can provide direct support for the above support equipment. The Government intends to procure this equipment under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation Section 6.302-1. A determination by the Navy not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Navy.
