The Naval Air (NAVAIR) Systems Command (SYSCOM) Meterology and Calibration (METCAL) Program intends to award a Purchase Order on a non-competitive basis with Keysight Technologies, located in Colorado Springs, CO, for a Filler Module (P/N 81645A), Variable MM Optical Attenuator (P/N 81578AOPT062), Dual Laser Source (P/N 81657A), Optical Head (P/N 81323BOPTC01, C85), and a LASER Source (P/N 81655AOPTE03). Keysight is the OEM and owner of all propriatary technical data. the Government intends to procure the above under the authory of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
