The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the procurement of HTML-5 Job Performance Aids (JPAs) for the Aircraft Pressurized Cabin Leakage Tester (APCLT) and 1010 Oil Preservation Truck. The APCLT JPA will provide video maintenance instruction and examples for the APCLT pre-operational checklist, periodic maintenance and regular operation/maintenance procedures. The 1010 Truck JPA will provide video maintenance instruction and examples for the 1010 Truck's setup tasks, operating procedures and PX9 engine operating/driving instructions. The Government intends to award a contract for this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
