The F-35 JPO intends to award a modification to incorporate a two month extension to Air Force (AF) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) FA830720G0032, Order N6833520F0672 with Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. for DevSecOps Information Technology Contractor Support Services (CSS). The proposed action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” The extension is required to provide continuing support during the interim period while a Fair Opportunity competition is processed allowing for completion of the competition and award.
