The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Maney Aircraft Inc. (CAGE 10000), 1305 Wanamaker Avenue, Ontario, CA 91761-2237, who is the sole source provider of the Fuel System Preservation Cart, P/N S-277LM, NSN 4930-01-529-4636. Maney Aircraft Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and does not have any known authorized distributors. THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis Maney Aircraft Inc. under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be available for this procurement.
