The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1,the Government intends to modify contract number N68335-17-D-0031, which was awarded on 29 September 2017, to Rhinestahl CTS Corporation, Mason, Ohio (CAGE: 5QE71) for the manufacturing of various parts required to support the P8-A aircraft. This modification adds the following part to the contract; Adapt, Puller Fan Blade Spacer, P/N: 856A3905G01, NSN #: 4920-01-515-5259, quantity: 100. Rhinestahl is the sole manufacturer and owns proprietary information for the P/N: 856A3905G01. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
