The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Raytheon Company (CAGE 084T3) in McKinney, TX, for the procurement of one (1) White Balance Test Set, Part Number: 6642288, in support of the Multispectral Targeting System (MTS). The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice, to be sent to Andrew.kolpack@navy.mil.
