The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Castle Rock Computing (Cage: 1NH24) for the procurement software site licenses (P/N S72-ENT) in support of the Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS). Castle Rock Computing is the Original Equipment Manufacturer for the S72-ENT Software. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. Castle Rock Computing is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the S72-ENT software. Other software tested and was not able to eliminate the Information Assurance (IA) risks or meet the functionality requirements This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response to this synopsis in writing that contains information that may be used by the Government to determine whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
