NAVAIR NAWCAD Lakehurst intends to enter into a sole source contract with the GoodRich Corp. in support of the F/A-18 Return to Readiness Initiative to deliver three (3) Fixture, Assembly-Retract Actuators. The Government intends to procure this equipment under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation Section 6.302-1. A determination by the Navy not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Navy.
