The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ, intends to negotiate a Fixed Price, contract on a non-competitive bass with Fluke Electronics Corp, located in Everett, WA, for Low Thermal Test Leads, P/N 5440A-7002, $Qty 4) and AC Measurement Standard P/N 5790B/ANOPT03 (Qty. 1), for the Royal Saudi Air Force. Fluke Electronics is the OEM and all technical data is proprietary to Fluke Electronics, the Government does not own the proprietary data. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
