This sources sought does not commit the Navy to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Navy is not seeking proposals at this time. Responders are advised the U.S. Navy will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this sources sought; all costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Center Lakehurst NJ (NAWCADLKE) is requesting information from industry, cognizant of DFARS 205.205-71, in order to identify qualified vendors interested in supplying all the brand name tools from the Tool List attached. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: It is highly recommended that interested businesses submit a capabilities statement, product catalog, website, business size and cage code. It is requested that responses to this RFI be submitted via email to Lisa Bethea at lisa.bethea@navy.mil no later than 10 days from the date of this posting. Respondents to this RFI should provide the following: - Proof of distributorship - Technical and experience information on their ability to provide that meets the parts list above - Identification of business size, specifically, small business size status ( i.e. Small Business, Hubzone, 8(a), SDVOSB, etc.) -Rough Order of Magnitude pricing information. All vendors must be registered in Systems for award Management (SAM Database. The internet website is hhtps://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. It is mandatory to register with the SAM as your DUNs Number (Data Universal Numbering System) and your CAGE CODE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. in addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF); information will be available in subsequent order. Please include CAGE CODE, DUNs Number, and payment terms in your response. Responses should reference N68335-19-Q-0171. The Government may or may not elect not to discuss submissions received in response to this RFI with individual responders. There is no requirement to respond to the RFI however, the Government places tremendous value on the information received and may utilize the information to finalize its acquisition strategy. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e) responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract/agreement. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. Responses to this RFI will not be returned. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the review. NO FORMAL SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME.
