The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate a sole source Contract modification to Lockheed Martin Corporation, located at 100 Global International Cir., Orlando, Florida, 32825-5002, United States. As implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation., CAGE code: 16331, for the procurement of Electronic Consolidated Automated Support System (eCASS) Full Rate Production (FRP) units along with related equipment, including Self Maintenance and Test/Calibration (SMAT/CAL) Operational Test Program Sets (OTPSs), Calibration (CAL) Equipment Suites/Kits, Rack Rail Kits, Shore Installation Kits, and Ship Installation Kits. The Government intends to purchase a quantity of 24 eCASS FRP units in support of the US Navy and Foreign Military Sales. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of the synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
