NAWCAD Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with EAA Tools, LLC for the manufacture and delivery of Main Rotor Spindle Pry Bars (P/N SPB-60-RS, NSN 3040-01-722-4706) supporting the MH-60R program for the Royal Australian Navy, Danish Defense Acquisition and Logistics Organization, and India Navy. EAA Tools is identified as the OEM, sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the pry bar, which attaches to the spindle damper mount to provide leverage and stability for main rotor spindle maintenance. This Sources Sought notice is a market-research tool, not a request for proposal, and the Government intends to solicit under the authority for only one responsible source.
