NAWCAD Lakehurst intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Teledyne Risi, Inc., the OEM, to procure one Electronic Sequencer Test Set. The hardware supports the NAWCAD VFC-204 Standup Effort at NOLA. The test set eliminates false removal errors for NACES ejection sequencers, expands TTU-515/E test tolerance, and addresses sequencer rejections during SDLM servicing. Teledyne Risi is described as the only source with the requisite knowledge, technical experience, and production-level data, and the components are critical to maintaining operational readiness.
