The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a sole-source procurement to Fluke Electronics Corp of Everett, WA for up to 210 Fluke 52120A-C/COILKIT Calibration Transconductance Amplifiers. Fluke is the OEM, and this exact part number is required to support existing Navy instrument calibration procedures and cannot be substituted. The amplifiers will be used with multifunction calibrators to calibrate digital multimeters, current meters, weapons test sets, and other Navy electronic test equipment. The Government intends to proceed under FAR 6.302-1 because only one responsible source can satisfy the requirement, and this is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses may be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and no solicitation will be available.
