NAWCAD Lakehurst intends to issue a non-competitive award to Hydraulics International, Inc., Chatsworth, California, to manufacture five Corrosion Control Carts, Small Units, and one Electric Hydraulic Power Supply. The procurement is a Foreign Military Sales effort supporting the Japan Air Self Defense Force E-2D Program and the France E-2D Program. The Government intends to procure under 10 USC 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, citing only one responsible source and no other supplies or services that will satisfy agency requirements. NAWCAD Lakehurst is requesting vendor sources with the capability to manufacture, assemble, and produce: Five (5) Corrosion Control Cart, Small Units (P/N: 051497-100, NSN: 4920-01-536-1924) One (1) Electric Hydraulic Power Supply (P/N: 040499-100, NSN: 4920-01-523-5919) This requirement supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the Japan Air Self Defense Force (JASDF) E-2D Program (FMS Case: JA-P-CVT) and the France E-2D Program (FMS Cases: FR-P-SBM and FR-P-GXM). Standards & Compliance: Identification of all applicable federal, military (MIL-STD/MIL-SPEC), and commercial standards met. Quality Assurance: Overview of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100), certifications, inspection capabilities, and qualification protocols. Additional Data: Any technical considerations, risks, or commercial practices that would assist the Government in its acquisition strategy.
