The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed price delivery order to the Canadian Commercial Corporation for the production of ASIST systems. All work will be subcontracted to Curtiss-Wright Indal Technologies Inc. in Mississauga, ON, Canada, as the original equipment manufacturer. This is not a request for competitive proposals, but the government will consider written responses to determine if a competitive procurement should be conducted.
