The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Northrop Grumman for approximately seven Countermeasures Signals Simulators in support of the H-60 Program. The work is associated with Lakehurst, New Jersey. This is not a request for competitive proposals, but other responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration. Subcontracting opportunities should be sought directly from Northrop Grumman.
