The item is used to safely remove moisture from and maintain aircraft cryogenic liquid oxygen life-support systems. This is a Foreign Military Sales procurement for the French Ministry of Air Force for the E-2C Aircraft, under FMS Case FR-P-GWO. The award would be made under FAR 6.302-1 as only one responsible source can satisfy the requirement, and this notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
