The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a sole-source RFQ to Wabtec Inspection Technologies for one Ultrasonic Transducer Set (P/N PD238) to support the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force MV-22B program. This procurement is authorized under 10 USC 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 because the government does not own the data rights and no competitive drawing package is available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written proposal to help the government determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
