NAWCAD Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a sole-source order to Hydraulics International, Inc. for one Aircraft Pressurized Cabin Leakage Tester in support of the F/A-18F and EA-18G Royal Australian Air Force program. The required APCLT is a portable pneumatic unit used to check aircraft pressurized cabins and canopy seals for leaks and to verify cabin pressure control. Hydraulics International is the OEM and is identified as the only source with the requisite knowledge, technical experience, and production-level data. The Government states that this is not a request for competitive proposals, though it will consider responses and requires SAM registration for consideration.
