The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, intends to award a competitive Firm Fixed Price contract for the Tail Rotor Balance Indicator, PN 18D12545-1, supporting the FMS Bahrain and Czech Republic H-1 Programs. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under FAR Part 19. Offerors must request the Technical Data Package via email by 1:00 PM EST on 09 October 2026 with a valid DD2345 and must have CMMC Level 2 (Self-Assessment) certification because the TDP contains CUI. Proposals must include accurate, current, and complete supporting data and rationale, including adequate cost/pricing data, or risk delay or rejection. Proposals must conform to the attached “CLIN STRUCTURE,” and any non-complying existing deficiencies should be reported to the PCO as soon as known.
