The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with FLANN MICROWAVE LIMITED in Bodmin, UK for the procurement of specific waveguide components. These components are required to calibrate RF Microwave test instruments, as Flann Microwave Limited is identified as the only company capable of manufacturing all parts to meet the Navy's exact technical specifications. The Government is issuing this notice under statutory authority permitting sole-source procurement when only one responsible source exists.
