Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to procure Mobile Facility (MF) containers In Accordance With (IAW) Government drawing package NAVAIR 1339AS and all related Convention for Safe Container (CSC) requirements. NAVAIR is seeking to procure MFs to be used to support the testing and operation of various avionics gear by the Marine Corps in training and expeditionary scenarios. The MF is a mobile habitable shelter that is eight (8) feet wide by 20 feet long by eight (8) feet high. Operationally, MFs are set up in a complex austere expeditionary environment.
