The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Tower Solutions LLC, CAGE: 1QFM6 for the issuance of a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The IDIQ will be for the procurement of Tower Solutions LLC antenna towers in support of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) collaboration suites integration. Tower Solutions LLC is the sole equipment manufacturer and sole distributor of the required antenna towers. Only Tower Solutions LLC antenna towers unique combination of requirements for form, fit, function, and performance while maintaining communications, commonality, and interoperability within the USSOCOM systems. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
