SYNOPSIS Portable Oxygen Regulator Test Stand The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to issue an award on a non-competitive basis to Aerospace Control Products, Inc. (Cage 58918) a quantity of one (1) Portable Oxygen Regulator Test Stand (PORTS), Part Number: 3949AS100-3. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procurement for the French Ministry of Defense E-2C (FMS Case FR-P-GWO). The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a) (1), FAR 6.302-1only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice, is solely in the discretion of the Government.
