This synopsis is to inform industry that Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation to procure SonarQube Enterprise Edition 1M P/N SONARQUBE to support the stand-up of the Collaborative Software Support Activity (CSSA). The Government intends to procure the above items on a sole source basis to Carahsoft Technology Corp, (CAGE: 1P3C5) under the authority of 10USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The solicitation, when issued, will be for a firm-fixed price contract. The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the NAWCAD-LKE intends issue a sole source firm fixed price contract to procure SonarQube Enterprise Edition 1M P/N SONARQUBE to support the stand-up of the Collaborative Software Support Activity. The Government intends to procure the above items on a sole source basis to Carahsoft Technology Corp (CAGE 1P3C5) under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Sonar allows sales through its US authorized distributor, Carahsoft. Carahsoft is the authorized distributor and is the only qualified supplier capable of providing the specifications needed by the Government. Carahsoft is the only authorized distributor and the only supplier with the proprietary data necessary in order to meet the requirements. The Navy does not possess a technical data package to permit the development of the required software by any other sources. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
