The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Immix Technology, Inc., McLean, VA, for a quantity of seven (7) Simulia Abaqus Portfolio Tokens-Token, P/N: 5TP-QPT-YLC, one (1) Simulia Abaqus Portfolio Pack-Token, P/N: 5TP-QPP-YLC, and one (1) Simulia Abaqus/CAE Associative Interface for Pro/ENGI, P/N: 5CP-QPI-YLC in support of the Navy’s Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) program. The software is solely developed by Dassault Systemes. Market research has shown that the software is only licensable through Dassault Systemes, who uses ImmixTechnology, Inc. exclusively as a distributor. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 513210. The Government does not have the detailed data rights for this effort. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (a) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a quote, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is in accordance with FAR 5.201.
