TITGEMEYER GMBH & CO. KG, CAGE: D7523 for the issuance of a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract. The contract will be for Starlock Jig and hand tool kits, JS09047SP (Qty: 59) in support of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program. GEBR. TITGEMEYER GMBH & CO. KG, is the only distributor capable of providing a solution that meets the requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration.
