The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Danielle Manufacturing Corporation (DMC), CAGE: 11851 for the issuance of a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract. The contract will be for K1S Contact Positioner, Terminal Qty 24, M22520/37-01 Crimping Tool, Terminal, Hand, 12-26 AWG Qty 34, AFM8 Crimping Tool, Terminal, Hand, 20-32 AWG Qty 10, Y758 Die Set, Electrical Connector Qty 12, M22520/1-01 Tool, Crimping, Terminal, Hand Qty 58, M22520/1-05 Tool, Crimping, Universal Head Qty 58, and BT-SW-11790 Wrench, Spanner Qty 76, in support of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program. DMC, is the only distributor capable of providing a solution that meets the requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
