Date 7/6/2023 2:30PM Amendment 002: The purpose of this amendment is update 4.b on the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to procure a subscription to a web based software system that performs queries and produces reports using publically available logistics and related data sources through a Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Data sources shall be drawn from a board range of sources including, but not limited to: the ASSIST (Acquisition Streamlining and Standardization Information System) specifications and standards database; CDMD-OA (Configuration Data Managers Database-Open Architecture); DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) FLIS (Federal Logistics Information System) databases (DLIS, WebFLIS sources); Federal Logistics Data (FEDLOG); Army Material Data File (AMDF); Qualified Product List (QPL) and Qualified Material List (QML) databases; Ship Allowance Equipage Lists (AEL) database(s); Ship Allowance Parts Lists (APL) database(s); and DLA Supplier Requirements Visibility Application program data. The Government intends to procure the above items through a full and open competition. (i) THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number is N68335-23-R-0239(iii) The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. Delivery of added items shall continue at the same rate that like items are called for under the contract, unless the parties otherwise agree.
