Gould Southern LLC Sam Description The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) has a requirement to procure, and award a firm-fixed-price contract on a limited competition basis for Gould Southern Brand Name toolkits and associated parts for Battle Damage Repair in support of the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Prototype, Manufacturing and Test Department Tool Control Program. This limited competition will be between Gould Southern, LLC, CAGE 60923, 2940 Old Norcross Road, STE 500, Duluth, GA 30096 and their authorized distributors using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures. All proposals shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions below and the attached CLIN Structure. This procurement is for Gould Southern Brand Name equipment. Only Gould Southern brand name equipment and part numbers should be provided (exact make, model, part number and/or description). This means that bids containing substitutions will be viewed as unacceptable. If you are not able to deliver the CLINs as requested, DO NOT BID. Proposals shall include proof of authorized distributor status along with proposal in order to be considered for award. The Government will accept only electronic proposals. Payment terms are Net 30. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation will be available for this procurement.
