The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a fixed price contract, on a sole source basis, to USI Electronics, FL for One unit: 500-186278 VXWorks7, Perpetual, Floating ARM: ASIC: Cortex A53, One unit: 535-103796 Support & Maintenance – Object Code, Floating ARM: ASIC: Cortex A53, One unit: 535-186273 Project License Maintenance, Project Name: Avionics I/O mod test platform Architecture: ARM. ARM: ASIC: Cortex A53. These items are required to support the NAWCAD Cyber Research and Development (R&D) Lakehurst, NJ. The Government intends to procure the above items under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The Government does not own the data rights and a competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. This notification is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
