The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Maney Aircraft, Inc. to procure one (1) Fuel Preservation Cart P/N: S-277LM, in support of the KC-130 J Aircraft. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Maney Aircraft, Inc. GENERAL INFORMATION: There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. The Government intends zto procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
