The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the NAWCADLKE intends issue a sole source order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) #N68335-20-G-3037 with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee items to Northrup Grumman Systems Corporation, 7301 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, MD 21784 for Advanced Recovery Control (ARC) System Upgrade – Prototype and Testing. This will include (1) manufacturing physical prototypes of the ARC System Upgrade for requirements verification during testing, (2) performing qualification tests on these prototypes, and (3) supporting developmental tests at NAWCADLKE. NGC is the original designer, developer, and manufacturer of the ARC system and is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to continue production of the ARC system. NGC is the only known source capable of accomplishing this requirement in the required timeframe and without duplication of costs. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
