The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ,(NAWCADLKE) intends to award a competitive Cost Plus Fixed Fee order for shipboard removal and installation services. The Alteration Installation Team (AIT) Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform shipboard alterations for removal and installation services for NAVAIR CSM, ADMACS, Autolube, ILARTS and MOVLAS systems. The AIT Contractor shall provide qualified personnel for the installation of the five systems shipboard installation’s effort. Installations shall be accomplished during the following availabilities: CONTRACT HULL AVAILABILITY LOCATION ALRE SYSTEM Base CVN 75 5/21/2022- 7/21/2023 Norfolk VA CSM Option CVN 76 10/16/2023 to 7/16/2024 Puget Sound WA CSM Option CVN 72 2/1/23 to 12/1/23 Puget Sound WA ADMACS Option CVN 73 11/14/24 to 7/13/25 Yokosuka Japa ADMACS/Autolube Option CVN 74 5/3/21 to 8/3/25 Norfolk VA ILARTS Option CVN 72 4/1/23 to 10/1/23 San Diego CA MOVLAS Option CVN 74 5/3/21 to 8/3/25 Norfolk VA MOVLAS Option CVN 7 8/14/23 to 2/14/24 Norfolk VA MOVLAS The procurement will be competed amongst Alteration Installation Team- (AIT) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders (N68335-19-G-0003, N68335-19-G-0004, N68335-19-G-0005, N68335-19-G-0006, N68335-19-G-0007, N68335-19-G-0008, N68335-19-G-0009, N68335-19-G-0010, N68335-19-G-0011, N68335-19-G-0012). The BOAs were issued under solicitation N68335-18-R-0024 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. The requirement will be for material and services including work in the following areas: Quality Assurance (QA), System Removal, Packaging and Shipping, Debris/Hazardous Material Disposition,Structural Work, Welding, Non-Destructive Testing, Electrical/Electronics, Piping/Plumbing, Fire Watch, Painting and Pre-Installation Checkout. Period of Performance for the contract will be: From Date of Award through 8/3/25. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 336611. Only current AIT BOA holders will be able to compete for this requirement. All responsible small business sources, who have not currently submitted for an AIT BOA or who do not currently hold an AIT BOA, are encouraged to submit a capability statement in response to this announcement, and in accordance with Solicitation N68335-18-R-0024, if they would like to compete for future ship installation requirements.
