As a result of this amendment, receipt of proposal packages has been extended to 05 July 2022 at 5:00 PM EST. AMENDMENT 0001 28 June 2022 - The purpose of this amendment is to address questions received by this agency and revise the Submission Instructions section of the solicitation. The revised Solicitation is attached as "N68335-22-R-0045-0001" and a conformed copy of the solicitation is attached as "N68335-22-R-0045-0001 Conformed", all revisions within the revised solicitation are highlighted in red. The response date and time for this combined synopsis/solicitation remains unchanged as a result of this amendment. ORIGINAL ANNOUNCEMENT In support of the Joint Strike Fighter F-35 Tool Control Program, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst has a requirement to procure IDSC Holdings LLC, doing business as Snap-On Industrial Corp. (Snap-On) brand name toolboxes through a five (5) year, Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Government intends to procure the above items under a limited competition between Snap-On, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and its authorized distributors.
