An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a competitive basis for a Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) for the procurement of Horizontal Stabilator Freeplay Inspection Sets (P/N 3867AS1650-1). The Government owns the Build-to-Print Technical Data Package and the offeror is required to manufacture and deliver the Horizontal Stabilator Freeplay Inspection Set (P/N 3867AS1650-1) in accordance with Naval Air Systems Command Drawing 3867AS1650 (most recent revision).
