Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement to procure one (1) Vibration Machine, located at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE). This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The resultant contract will be for one (1) vibration machine capable of performing (at the minimum) MIL-STD-810H, methods 514.8, 516.8, and 528.1, and MIL-PRF-28800F with specific requirements listed with in the SOW. The Government intends to procure the above item through a full and open competition. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
