The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with TLD America Corporation to provide interim repair capability, calibration, and testing (repair of repairables) of the Polyalphaolefin (PAO) Carts, P/N:1133406, in support of the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to award a 3 year Basic Ordering Agreement to TLD America Corporation. GENERAL INFORMATION: There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open compeition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
