The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to procure on a non-competitive basis a Provision Parts List (PPL) (LSA-036) in support of the Link 11 system. The PPL consists of part numbers and NSNs that will be delivered under a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that is needed for the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest to procure for the depot. The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to DRS Advanced ISR, 2601 Mission Point Blvd Suite 250, Beavercreek, OH 45434-6600. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) (formerly 10 USC 2304(c)(1)), this firm is considered the only responsible source to provide the required PPL. DRS Advanced ISR, is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the items that were previously submitted under contract N68335-15-G-0005-0002. DRS Advanced ISR has already submitted this CDRL under the prior contract listed above but it needs correction and since they are the OEM and they own the proprietary data are they only source able to provide the update. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days (15) after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
